Stylist and chair in one booking
Each appointment reserves a stylist and a chair, station or room together. The calendar checks the stylist for conflicts, and the chair too whenever one is selected.
Book the stylist and the chair in one step, with processing time that frees the stylist while the colour develops. Keep colour formulas, allergies and patch tests on each client record, calculate commissions per stylist, and take payments with stock, gift vouchers and loyalty points.

Appointments, client records, staff commissions and the till in one account, for hair, beauty and spa businesses.
Each appointment reserves a stylist and a chair, station or room together. The calendar checks the stylist for conflicts, and the chair too whenever one is selected.
Every service has a duration and a processing time. While the colour develops the stylist is free for a shorter service, and the chair stays held for the whole visit.
Set a default deposit percentage and a no-show fee in the settings. A deposit is recorded on the appointment, and marked as forfeited if the client does not show up. The platform does not take payments online and does not charge the no-show fee for you.
Each client has a profile, a visit history with notes, saved colour formulas with processing minutes and result notes, and GDPR consents for marketing, photo use and data processing.
Flag an allergy and log patch tests as passed, failed or pending, with an expiry date. Services can be marked as requiring a patch test.
Give each person a role, a calendar colour, a monthly target and a default commission rate, with overrides per service. Commissions are written when a sale is finalised, and the commissions report adds them up per stylist.
Ring up services, products and gift vouchers in one sale, split the payment between cash, card, voucher and transfer, and finalise it. Product stock goes down and voucher balances are debited automatically. Session packages and their client balances are tracked through the API; the till screen does not add package lines yet.
Clients earn points per RON spent when loyalty is switched on. The daily cash report breaks the day down by payment method, and the dashboard shows today's revenue, upcoming appointments and no-shows in the last 30 days.
Sign up, add your stylists and set their roles and commission rates.
Enter each service with its duration and processing time, your chairs or rooms, and the products you sell with their stock.
Create the appointment for a stylist and a chair, update its status as the visit goes on, and keep the formula and notes on the client record.
Turn the appointment into a sale at the till, then read the daily cash report and the commissions report.
