4beautify is built by a mixed team of designers, developers and people who know the beauty industry. We work with salons of every size, from a solo nail studio or neighbourhood barbershop to salons with several stylists and treatment rooms.

We build the platform hair, nail, beauty, barbershop and spa businesses use to manage bookings, client cards, commissions and sales — in one account, web-based, with nothing to install.
4beautify is software for beauty salons, spas and beauty businesses: online booking that reserves the specialist and the resource (chair, room or device) together, with processing times during which the stylist can serve another client while the colour develops; client cards with colour formulas, before/after photos, service and product history and loyalty points; commissions per specialist and service type, plus a separate commission on products sold; a POS with product stock deducted on sale, session packages and gift vouchers. We are the Romanian alternative to Fresha, Booksy, Treatwell and Vagaro — priced in euro, with support in Romanian.
A calendar that respects resources
Every appointment reserves both the specialist and the chair, room or device it needs. Processing times (such as colour development) free the stylist for another client, without double-booking the same resource.
Simple for the salon
Reception books in seconds, opens the client card in one click and sells products, packages or vouchers at the POS. It runs in the browser — nothing to install, no complex training.
Client data handled responsibly
Client cards — colour formulas, before/after photos, service and product history — are handled with care, following GDPR principles: the data belongs to the salon and is used only to serve the client.
Technical standards
We build on modern web standards: HTTPS and security by default, browser access from any device, nothing to install. Client data is handled following GDPR principles.
