Checkout, stock and loyalty

Charge services and products at the POS, product stock goes down with every sale, and packages, gift vouchers and loyalty points are tracked for every client.

In short: when a client leaves, several things happen at once — the service is charged, maybe a product too, perhaps a voucher or a session from a package is used, and the client earns loyalty points. In beautify.net all of this goes through the salon POS: the product sold leaves stock, the session is deducted from the package, the voucher balance goes down and the points are added to the client card.

  • A POS for services and products, on the same receipt.
  • Product stock reduced automatically with every sale.
  • Session packages, used up visit by visit.
  • Gift vouchers with a balance tracked until fully used.
  • A loyalty programme with points collected by each client.
  • Each sale linked to a specialist, for product commission.

Service and product in one payment

The client had a colour and buys the recommended shampoo. At the POS you add both, and the product leaves stock automatically. No separate record of product sales, and no discovering at stock-take that the shelf is empty.

Packages and gift vouchers, no side records

A package of ten sessions is paid once and used over time. In beautify.net every visit deducts a session, and both client and reception see how many are left. Gift vouchers work the same way: they have a balance, they are redeemed at the POS, and the remaining balance is kept for next time.

Loyalty you can see on the card

The loyalty programme adds points to the client at checkout. The points show on her card, so reception can tell her on the spot how many she has and redeem them whenever the salon decides.

Good to know

  • The beautify.net POS records the salon’s sales; tax documents are issued separately, in line with your tax obligations.

Frequently asked questions
